You can apply for a litter on the same day as you register one of the parents. It will be a separate transaction and all you will do is enter "PENDING", for the ABR number in the litter application. This indicates that the parents have an application in prior to the litter application process. We will match up and process together. If you apply for litter on a different date, the parents and litter will be processed separately.
Paperwork is processed according to date of submission.
Please do not send repeated emails.
Multiple emails back up our system, resulting in longer processing times.
We will get back to you as soon as possible, using your initial email.
We do not accept Applications via email.
You must use our online registration portal and submit the proper Application form using the choices provided below.
Registries we do not accept: WBR, IBR, BBCR, ABA, ABR (EUROPE), BULLYPEDEX and BRC.
This list is subject to change at any time.
ABR reserves the right to not accept any Registry they feel is not following ABR policies and/or procedures.
For safety and security purposes, as of 08/30/2021, ALL applications will require that you provide a copy of your Driver's License or Passport. Please upload only a single image showing the front of your I.D. in the upload field of your application.
PAYMENTS & PROCESSING
When applying online, please be sure to indicate your preferred method of payment...
Acceptable forms of payment are: Credit Card, Debit Card, & PayPal
NOTE: Registration documents will not be issued until payment has cleared.
American Bully Registry and it's affiliates are not responsible if forms are not filled out clearly and correctly. Requests for changes will require additional fees.
PROCESSING: Please allow 4-6 weeks processing time for applications and an additional 2 weeks for mailing time. Please anticipate COVID related delays with USPS *subject to change.
RUSH applications are processed within 3-5 business days and then shipped priority mail with tracking. *subject to change.
If you are out of the country, please be aware that mail is not reaching you successfully due to COVID.
You can request a PDF copy be sent to your email.
If you are in the Philippines, you can apply on the website and do not have to pay the out of country shipping fee. We have a courier to distribute mail within the Philippines.
Please allow up to 8 weeks before asking for status.
